Secrets and Inspirations for Life: Unleash Your Inner Power Today

Listen to the Audio Version below:

Have you ever stopped to consider what you have become in your life and that all that you are right now, is what you have directly or indirectly chosen to be? If you like the person that you have become then you will probably find this knowledge easy to accept but if not; then - not only will it be a bitter pill to swallow, but you will probably be asking yourself - how could this possibly be? The reason why so many of us think this way is our inability to take responsibility for all that we are. We naturally find it hard to come to terms with the fact that we are a sum total of all the choices that we have chosen to make in our lives.

Here are my suggestions for this week’s inspirational quote

For Your Mornings:

Think about the person that you have become in your life. Is this person, the person you want to be? Are you happy with who you are and what you have become? What qualities do you have that others admire about you? What is it that people, including your friends and family, dislike about you? Try to consider all the different aspects that make up the person that you are, and who you have become. Finally, think about whether or not you are satisfied or dissatisfied about who you are.

For Your Evenings:

What conclusions were you able to draw upon, in understanding the ‘person’ that you have shaped and molded yourself into being. Were you surprised to learn just how important a role you had played in fashioning yourself into being the person that you are today through your choices. On the surface it appears that we have very little to do with who and what we become; because we tend to look to external factors first, as to the reasons why or who we are. But on closer inspection, it soon becomes evident that the choices we make, regardless of whether they are good or bad, play a unique role in determining all that we become.

Use this week to consider all that you have become. For when you are able to accept the part that you play in determining this outcome, you will automatically allow yourself to become - all that you want to be.

To your Inspiration and Success, have a wonderful week!

If They Are Not To Blame - Then Who Is?

“I am responsible for all
things in my life therefore,
I can never blame another
for what I have created.”

Secrets and Inspirations for Life: Unleash Your Inner Power Today

Listen to the Audio Version below:

If we are not brought up with a strong sense of responsibility, it is likely that when things go wrong in our life, we will begin to look at everyone else to blame - except yourself. Call it human nature, but it is so hard to look at yourself and see yourself as you truly are. A pure reflection of all that you have been responsible for and are creating in your life.

Here are my suggestions for this week’s positive affirmation

For Your Mornings:

Allow yourself to reflect upon a major situation or event where you; either refused to accept responsibility for it, or immediately apportioned the blame on another. Some of us may be spoilt for choice here, because accepting responsibility has never been one of our strongest points. If you fall into that category then, believe me you would certainly not be alone. Whilst choosing your event, select the one had the most impact - if not on your life then the lives of others. Think deeply about what part you had to play in its creation and ultimately in its aftermath?

For Your Evenings:

With regards to the event you chose - could accepting responsibility without blame have changed the outcome in any way? If so how? If not, how would you handle a similar situation - if it were to arise again? This time consider how you could approach it with a new sense of responsibility. Regardless of whether you believe you were right or wrong, I would like you to consider how important it is to become responsible for all things that are taking place in your life. If you can do so, you will find that you will never be able to apportion blame on anyone else - as your new found sense of responsibility will just never allow you to do so.

Let today be a day of responsibility. Accept responsibility for all things, the good, the bad and the indifferent. Drop all thoughts of blame that you may have regularly placed on another; your parents; your siblings; the husband, the wife; the friend; the partner; the relative; the family; the business; the government; the boss or even your co-workers. None of them are to blame for anything that you may have been willing to blame them for. As a creator of all that is happening in your life, accepting responsibility will automatically enable you to begin creating - all that you want in your life.

To your Inspiration and Success, have a wonderful week!
