Finding the Answer to the Question - How?

Tuesday, July 22nd, 2008

“When I have made a
decision to do something,
let me move swiftly. For
the questions about how to
achieve it, can never be
answered. They can only
be revealed - though
my immediate action.”

Listen to Eleesha's Audio

When most of us are looking for guidance, direction or solutions we are constantly asking one question. How? It is often: How Do I?, How Will I? or How Can I?. Like everyone else, I thought that this was ‘the’ question to ask. In time however, I’ve came to realize something, which I want to share with you today and it is simply this - that the ‘How’ will always reveal itself to you through your immediate ‘action’.

You will find that through action, the ‘How’ - will finally be revealed. I hope today, you will be inspired into action, so that your “Hows” - will quickly be revealed.

Can I Become More Than I Thought I Could Be?

Tuesday, May 27th, 2008

“Let me challenge myself
to become more than I
accept that I am. For in
doing so, I will become
more than I thought - I
could be.”

Listen to the Audio Version below:

The limitations that we set for ourselves become the limitations that we come to live by and the same goes for our own personal challenges. Although we may come to face many challenges in life; it is the challenges that we set ourselves that help us to become more than we accept that we are.

Here are my suggestions for this week’s inspirational affirmation

For Your Mornings:

It is easy to go through life unchallenged so use this day to create a new challenge for yourself. When making your choices, try to ensure that you make full use of the word ‘challenge’ and actually set up something that is not too simple, otherwise it will just become a task - which is something you know you can easily achieve. On this occasion, try to set up a challenge that will push you towards new frontiers and new horizons. So that you will ultimately grow from the experience of achieving it.

For Your Evenings:

What challenge did you set yourself? Were you able to achieve it in the time scale that you set up for yourself? What did you gain from the experience of being able to achieve it?

I will leave this challenging thought with you, so that you will spend this week, in the comfort of knowing that; you can become more than you presently accept that you are. Through each challenge, that you set up for yourself, you ultimately become more than you ever thought you could be.

To your Inspiration and Success, have a wonderful week!

Mindful Of Your Achievements and Failures

Friday, May 2nd, 2008

“In all things that I put
my mind to, I am willing
and I am able to achieve.
For herein lies the creation
of all that I am responsible
for.”
~by Eleesha,

Secrets and Inspirations for Life: Unleash Your Inner Power Today

Listen to the Audio Version below:

Why is it that some people are able to achieve so much in their lives, whilst others find that they achieve very little. If we strip away all the external factors that may account for what we perceive to be the fortune of one and the misfortune of another; then the difference between the achiever and non achiever is their ability to apply their mind to that which they wish to achieve.

Here are my suggestions for this week’s affirmation

For Your Mornings:

Think about what achievements or failures you have made in your life. Think back to the time when you first made the decision to go for something important. Where did you find the enthusiasm, commitment and willingness to achieve it? How did you finally achieve it? If you did not achieve it, what went wrong? Consider whether or not you have ever failed at anything that you wholeheartedly put your mind to?

For Your Evenings:

Now that you have had the time to consider your achievements and/or your failures, what lessons were you able to learn from each or both? Did you notice a common pattern - whatever you genuinely set your mind to you invariably ended up achieving?

I will leave this thought with you this week, so that you may come to learn more about yourself and the part that you have had to play in both the achievements and failures that have been a part of your life. Be mindful of the fact that in all that you set your mind out to achieve - it will be achieved. For it is here that the creation of all that you are responsible for lies.

To your Inspiration and Success, have a wonderful week!

Are You Entertaining Your Joy?

Saturday, February 2nd, 2008

“I am reminded daily of both
the joy and sorrow that has
filled my life, but I prefer
to only entertain my joy”
~by Eleesha,

Listen to the audio version below:

I am so pleased to be “Sharing Personal Words of Inspiration with You”. I hope I can inspire you throughout the days and weeks that lie ahead.

During our life time, we must face both joy and sorrow, and when things get tough it is easy to dwell on events in our lives that caused us to feel sorrowful. My personal inspiration / affirmation today is to encourage you to think only of that which has brought you joy in your life.

I call it “Entertaining your Joy” and I would encourage you today to “Entertain your joy” rather than your sorrow. When you “Entertain your Joy” you automatically begin to feel joyful. Even if right now, you feel that you have nothing to be joyful about, think of something that made you laugh in the past and let it bring a smile back to your face. With a simple smile, that great feeling of Joy will return and with that joy, you will begin to attract more things into your life to feel more joyful about.

For Your Mornings:

If you are not already smiling to yourself, then think of something immediately that made you laugh or smile in the past. It can be anything, like an old joke, an amusing childhood memory, something you heard or even something that you saw. As you smile notice how joyful you feel and let this feeling stay with you throughout the rest of your day.

For Your Evenings:

Remember that thought that you had earlier in the day that brought a smile to your face. Make sure that you end your day with this thought once more. Let it be the last thing that you think of at the end of your day so you fall asleep with a smile.

It is so much easier to get through your day feeling joyful, and I know that by leaving you with this thought, you will have many joyful days ahead of you.

To your Inspiration and Success and have a wonderful week!
