Your past, has the ability to keep you standing still, and the capability to keep your mind pre-occupied, with so many unnecessary past events and situations - it just does not bear thinking about.

Regardless, of what you are going through today, or what you have been through, in the past - it is time to live in the 'now' and enjoy your day; so you can look forward to all that lies ahead of you.

Be inspired today, to look positively and with joy, at all that presently exists in your life. This will also enable you to look at what lies ahead, in just the same manner.
