that which has angered

The expression of anger can be brought out in so many ways and for so many reasons. What triggers our anger can vary from person to person and the reasons can be either simple, or complex.
Regardless of how often you are forced to express your anger, try to never allow yourself to be consumed by anger – in any way.
From today onwards, when you are angered try to see yourself from the outside looking in, and to recognize that your anger is never able to resolve, or provide solutions to anything.
Today, may you come to acknowledge that; in order to resolve any form of consuming anger, you must first resolve that which has rather angered you so – for this is always the key to your resolution – not anger itself.
